In a short period of time, the epidemic of a new coronavirus infection has grown into a pandemic, covering more than 200 countries of the world. Among the numerous complications of this infection, the problem of Covid-associated cavernous sinus thrombosis was relatively new. The latter was one of the complications of a new strain of coronavirus - SARS-CoV-2, which was considered the causative agent of acute infectious disease Coronavirus disease 2019 and led to a violation of the blood coagulation mechanism in patients of all age groups with active thrombosis, which in turn in most cases led to the death of patients. Nowadays, Covid-associated thrombosis of cavernous sinus has become not only a medical but also a social problem for the society with deterioration of the quality of life of patients. The present work is written on actual neurological manifestations, complications, diagnostic principles and management of patients with Covid-associated cavernous sinus thrombosis.
