For the first time the complex analysis of anthropometric, protein, lipoproteid, hematologic, immunoglobulin blood parameters, systemic inflammatory activity, heart rate variability, aerobic and anaerobic capacity during the one-year cycle of training of the young cross-country skiers in parallel with the persons, who are not engaged in sports, has been done. The results obtained significantly complement the theoretical knowledge about the physiological mechanisms of changes in these indicators, both under the influence of loading and seasonal factors. In addition, the results of the work make an important contribution to the disclosure of health promoting antiatherogenic and vasoprotective effects of regular physical training. The conclusions obtained in the work are based both on the results of our own research and on the analysis of numerous literature sources (65 domestic and 138 foreign). The results of the study can be used in sports medicine and the practice of medical and pedagogical control: in the diagnosis of the state of sports form and fitness of young athletes.
