L'auteur est né en 1961 à Sedrata, en Algérie. Il a amorcé son parcours professionnel en tant qu'officier supérieur au sein de l'Armée avant de se tourner vers l'enseignement à l'Université d'Annaba. À l'issue d'une retraite prématurée, il se voue à présent à ses passions, parmi lesquelles l'écriture occupe une place centrale.
