The research was done by comparing parent's parenting method and examining the regulation of emotion and its effect on behavioral problems in teenagers in Germany and Iran. I hope this small research will be a guide for having healthy people and a healthy world. It is an opportunity to thank my professor who accompanied me with love and kindness on this path as well as my brother, my sister and my brother in law. I donate this book to my parents who are not with me anymore, but their prayers always are.

Niloufar Tahmouresi - Master in Clinical Psychology from Pune University in India and Phd in Psychology from Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg in Germany. The author was born in 1970 in Iran, Tehran. Now she is Assistant Professor in university in Iran. Currently she is Assistant Professor in Karadj University.
