All across America, families struggle with brokenness: divorce, domestic abuse, and sexual dysfunction continue in a vicious cycle that often becomes intergenerational. Experienced pastor and biblical counselor J. Richard Horner opens the floodgates on healing and hope, offering sound Christian psychology and biblical answers for why brokenness in families exists-and how you can learn to overcome it for the sake of your marriage and your kids. You'll learn:How to define whether a family is dysfunctional How to address the spiritual side of family conflict How to overcome cycles of abuse, neglect, miscommunication, dissatisfaction, and more. How to work with family members that are overcome with controlled substances, and to help lead these victims to real victory. How church leaders can organize ministry strategies for tackling these problems Although Satan is actively working to undermine the joy of millions of Americans, God is sovereign, and he has a plan.
