According to the United Nations, Information and Communication Technologies can help reform the state by promoting collaborative, efficient, inclusive, transparent and accountable government. All of these qualities are necessary for the implementation of good governance, presented by the World Bank as a desirable requirement at the national level to enable and facilitate the success of economic development reform. Thus, e-government is one of the essential links in the modernisation of Cameroon's public administration. Hence our study on the international dynamics of ICT in the mirror of e-administration in the management of human resources in the State of Cameroon. In this internationalisation of public policies, Cameroon is faced with imperatives. In view of the above, we propose solutions such as programmes for the modernisation of the administration & responsible public governance.
