Dr. Rolando A. Alimen obtained his Master of Science in Maritime Education (MSME) at JBLFMU-Molo and finished his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D.) at the University of San Agustin (USA), Iloilo City, Philippines. He also finished his Master of Education (MEd)-Major in Physics at the University of the Philippines-Visayas, Philippines.
