The ideal of one to one coaching is not practical in today's classrooms. It is neither efficient nor practical with the massive amounts of students being crammed into classrooms. A computer can give you more one to one interaction than a human can when that human has 30 other humans to deal with. The most recent research and evaluation studies demonstrate university improvement programs that employ technology for teaching and learning. Positive outcomes of many studies proposed a future for education that could be quite bright if the nation maintains its commitment to harnessing technology for education. In human society, it is a consequence of science and technology, although several technological advances predate the two concepts. This study is conducted to the science and technological courses or subjects taken by students and staffs that teach them in a huge range of university which consists of one public university which is University Putra Malaysia (UPM), one semi public university which is University Tun Abdul Razak (first virtual university in Malaysia) and one private university which is Wawasan Open University (WOU)
