The present work describes in the introductory pages the educational situation that prevails in our current society, the problem is exposed and the reasons that induce to reject the traditional educational model, the implementation of information and communication technologies in education is described.The general objective of this research is to implement the use of e-portfolio and the evaluation rubric through the use of the Moodle platform, from a constructivist perspective. In a second moment the specific objectives were addressed consisting of identifying the significant learning experiences when using the new ways of teaching, analyzing the continuous evaluation by competences as part of the teaching and learning process, with the use of the rubric, as well as designing the strategies that allow teachers and students to use e-portfolio and the evaluation rubric in an efficient way.
