Health Science is an ever developing subjects which generate a massive amount of data worldwide. Proper acquisition, storage, and management of all these data have been a challenging aspect. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) become a suitable alternative to manage the vast information in a much more organize and classified manner. Various ICT tools that have been applied mainly include Automation, internet, e-resources, etc which provide detailed and up-to-date knowledge to the users. The book entitled "E-resources Management in the Health Science Libraries" is the result of extensive research during the period from 2012 to 2018 and the work is original in nature. The research was an effort to determine the use of e-resources by the users of the health science libraries and how the health Science libraries manage their e-resources for the benefit of the users. Though there are 55 health science institute in Assam which are affiliated under Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Science, the study is limited to 20 numbers of health science libraries of Assam.
