Robin Renaud is a Certified Red Seal chef who enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and learning interesting facts about Canada. She is an avid animal lover and the character of Earl was inspired by an orphaned piglet she once raised on her childhood family farm. She lives in Foresters Falls, Ontario, with her husband, four kids, two dogs, and a variety of other small critters. Pauline Ryzebol studied anthropology at the University of Toronto and is a certified personal support worker. Working as a PSW she loves helping people. In her spare time you can find her cooking up a storm with her husband in the kitchen. She also loves painting and antiquing as well as camping in the great outdoors. Pauline, a cousin to author Robin Renaud grew up just down the road from the family farm where she visited often. She resides in the small historic town of Amherstburg, Ontario with her husband and large extended family.
