An unappreciated housewife boldly responds to her husband's challenge, and ends up running for U.S. President, she admits, "Because it's the only high paying job opening I know of." Following non-traditional campaign thoughts, Earth High School takes the reader on an unusual journey of Sheila and her "Earth High School Party" - called that because she wants to have everyone enjoy sometimes, like they are in their youthful, high school, good student, state of mind! "This idea-driven novel is written with a twist of humor. The story is framed around a woman running for President of the United States, and presents fresh ideas in an engaging and entertaining way. Sheila England's vision is a hopeful one to save the situation. For example, she encourages us, i.e. page 261, to simply consumer spend our way, at least on the little stuff, back to economic recovery! An ambitious, yet easy reading work, this is Wallace's magnum opus for you to greatly enjoy, like I did. When you read Earth High School you'll have an Earth High School experience!" Autorenporträt
Born in Connecticut, Ron N. Wallace graduated from Elkhart, Indiana High School, Class of 1972. After two years at UNC/Chapel Hill, he graduated from Kalamazoo College in 1976, with a B.A. in English/Creative Writing. His trade has been writing Advertising, probably due to Bob, his father, being in the ad research business in New York City when Ron was born, and then a client at the Alka-Seltzer company, before it was sold, when Ron was in school, during the Wells, Rich Greene ad agency days of, "Try it. You'll like it!" In addition, available from novelist Ron N. Wallace, is his fun paperback story about high school in 1971, titled - 17! Halloween 1971. So for a Free Preview of 17! Halloween 1971, and E-book, just go to authorhouse.com - with editor book review copy available from pressreleases@authorhouse.com. To order, during east coast business hours, you can call Authorhouse at 888-280-7715, and you can also easily order the 17! Halloween 1971 paperback, from your favorite bookstore, and from ronnwallace.com. As it turns out, his Sheila For President? novel is the rough draft of this newly revised, and tightly edited, Earth High School novel. It wasn't until the end of September 09, that writer Wallace realized how more so, than the woman for President idea, Earth High School was by far the bigger and main concept of this story! Also available from authorhouse.com, in E-book form, is the short "second draft" of Earth High School. It's under the title, Paycheck! and the pen name, David England. And there are two more rock novel paperbacks by Ron N. Wallace - from authorhouse.com with Free Previews and E-books, too, such as - E.D. Gopher, (A political satire novella), and, You Can't Sleep In Restaurants, (The week David Fun England went off his pills)
