Brian H. Casull, MD, MPA has been in healthcare for almost 50 years as a practicing physician and physician executive. His 21 years in the U.S. Army and time spent as Chief of Staff for a Cigna Staff Model, Medical Director for United Healthcare for Southern California, and AVP for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager were based on serving the patient and improving the interface between our healthcare "system" and those whom it serves. He currently consults on healthcare matters and serves as the Medical Director for the Government Contractor awarded the Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) initiative.
