Despite having a successful position within the corporate field of the medical insurance industry, Tomeekha has always been a zealot for multi-media art and community advocacy. As a well-rounded artist, she's curated and represented emerging visual artists, produced theatre productions, and spearheads HUEMANITEE, Inc., a non-profit that focuses on visual, performing, and literary art education and its ability to holistically health. To add to this growing list, Tomeekha is the Co-owner of Black Cotton, LLC where she also fulfills the role of Publisher of literary projects for the Publishing division. Her expertise in these fields allows her to enjoy consulting for startup businesses and creative projects. Having a robust creative background, she was naturally moved to write and release her debut masterpiece, Earth's Quiet Chaos: A Novel, a fictional narrative inspired by her life experiences. Being spirit-led in all that she does, one of her personal mantras is to share stories that will uplift and empower; educate and inspire individuals to live in the highest version of self. In her own words she professes, "We heal ourselves and others by sharing our stories and the stories of others. We are all educators and students of everyday life experiences. I simply want to be used as a vessel to share and heal as many as I can in this life that is gifted to me." Tomeekha currently resides in Los Angeles, CA along with her husband, two stepchildren, and their loving dog, Max.
