I did not "create" this self-hypnosis technique. In his book Master Course in Hypnotism, Harry Arons introduced the concept of making a suggestion to yourself before entering hypnosis. Harry, who I knew well, gave me his approval to utilise this self-hypnosis technique. I've used his approach with some of my own modifications. I instruct all of my clients in this self-hypnosis technique, as well as the students I certify.
