Autorenporträt
Firstborn of triplets, Jessica Emich is, as she likes to say, the alpha of the three. She is in awe of how we can access the healer within and transform on every level through food, movement, and deep diving into the layers within. She is so grateful it is her life's work to continue to teach and learn about this process. Her studies include a Master's degree in holistic nutrition and a graduate of chef instruction from the California Culinary Academy, yoga teacher certification, breathwork facilitator, and a devoted practitioner for over twenty-five years, and Master Reiki Practitioner. She brings all of her training, personal experience, and loving heart to teach these modalities through the SHINE Living Community. As a mother of girls, she understands the importance of practicing in a multigenerational community that inspires each other to keep evolving towards our greatest and most authentic expression of self. You can find Jessica in the mountains, snowboarding, mountain biking, or foraging for mushrooms. Or she'll be teaching and practicing at one of our events. She resides in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband and their two daughters.
