Dr NDAYISENGA Louis Caius est né à Gitega en 1989. Il a fait ses études universitaires à l¿Université du Burundi, en faculté de médecine. Actuellement, il est médecin directeur de la clinique Murayi située à Gitega, capitale politique du Burundi.
