Jessica Hope grew up in Illinois and studied film and writing at Columbia College Chicago, but she fell in love with the Rocky Mountains and had to move west. She discovered fantasy novels in seventh grade and since then has always been in the middle of at least one book. She became a Christian when she was thirteen, and it was the best decision she ever made. She lives in Montana.
