The National Park "Laguna de la Restinga" due to its physical and natural conditions constitutes a potential for the practice of eco-tourism of use, enjoyment and enjoyment, as well as scientific research to study existential, economic-environmental and social reality, in front of the reappropriation of its nature. The purpose of this research is, "To generate a corpus of theoretical criteria that support education and the environment as axes in the construction of the eco-tourist conscience, from the voices of the community of fishermen El Portillo de Leonardo". The theoretical contributions emerged from the practice of triangulation between the theoretical concepts of experts in environmental matters and the dimensions: popular, social and environmental knowledge. This led to the emergence of a methodological exercise known as environmental hermeneutics. A critical interpretative epistemological approach was assumed; de Heidegger (1951; 1990), Gadamer (1977), Ricoeur (2002), Horkheimer (1990). The research method is ethnographic.
