Autorenporträt
The Author: Simon Koppers, born in 1962, studied at the University of Bonn and at UC Berkeley from 1984 to 1993. He received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Bonn in 1995. From 1994 to 1996, he has been working for the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, Frankfurt am Main. Since 1996, he has been working for Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Bonn.
