MThe study was conducted for economic empowerment of farm women through agro-based enterprises with specific objectives to find out the existing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of farm women regarding identified agro-based enterprises, adoption of enterprises, linkages with financial and marketing agencies, impact assessment of intervention in terms of economic benefit and its use and reasons for non adoption of enterprises.Major findings of the study revealed that majority of the respondents were from 31-45 years of age, illiterate, married, from other backward class, middle socio economic status and had farming as main occupation. Majority of them had orange orchards of 2-5 ha, coriander cultivation under 5 ha area and mehendi fencing around their fields. The initial knowledge of the respondents about technology, equipment used, estimation of quantity, cost estimation, bottling, packaging and labeling aspects was almost nil. While after exposure to the training and intervention (post training support) all the respondents acquired knowledge of enterprises.
