Furthermore, this book narrows down to the rural Kenyan population where their health seeking behaviours are low especially in terms of receiving medical care from a Health Facility.

Caroline Akinyi was born in Nairobi, Kenya.She is the first born in a family of four children.She holds her first degree in Actuarial Science with IT and Masters Degree in Community Health and Development.Currently married with a daughter and a lecturer at Great Lakes University of Kisumu.This is her first publication in Health Economics.
