The aim of this book was to investigate whether the city of Adamantina/SP is suitable for a bakery specializing in gourmet brigadeiros, and to estimate the investment costs and economic viability. As problematizations, it tries to answer whether there is a demand for gourmet brigadeiros in the market in the city of Adamantina, and also suppliers capable of supplying the needs of the company specializing in the product. And what are the options for financing the installation and equipment costs of a patisserie. It was found that the most important points influencing the purchase of the product are Kotler's 4Ps: price, product, promotion and place. It also has the following structure: the first chapter deals with the origin of the brigadeiro and its inputs, the structuring concepts of the work, and its technological aspects. The next chapter deals with the project's concept, such as the city where the business is based and the profile of the consumer market. Chapter 4 describes thefinal considerations, the project's results, investments and economic statements.
