This paper proposes an analysis of the main issues raised by the economic promotion law in Tierra del Fuego, the last territory to be incorporated as a province with a location in the extreme south of America.It presents an economic approach within the framework of the need for integration and connectivity, without losing sight of the geopolitical situation given its proximity to Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands.It analyzes the special regulations of tax and customs benefits for the Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego Argentina including a tour of the industrial sub-regime for more than fifty years in force in the territory.
