Vitaliy Teslya was born in Ternopil, Ukraine. In 2005 he obtaineda master degree in International Economics from Ternopil Academy of NationalEconomy. Between 2005 and 2007 he worked as a project manager at Frontier WebDevelopment. Then he moved to Denmark and in 2010 graduated as a MSc in EU Businessand Law from Arhus School of Business
