Abdylmenaf Bexheti is an Academician and Full Professor of Public Finance and Macroeconomics at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South East European University, Republic of North Macedonia. Dr. Bexheti has published six books as a sole author and several books as co-author, more than 65 research papers, 55 projects, and more than 250 analysis and columns in different newspapers. During the period 1996-1998, Dr. Bexheti has been, firstly a Minister for Development and then a Minister for Transport and Communication in the Government of Republic of Macedonia. He is also a full member of Macedonian Academy of Science since 2012 and Correspondent member of Academy of Arts and Science of Republic of Kosovo from 2021. His recent books are Public Finance (2nd edition), Economic Development (special chapter) and Economic Thinking. From 2018 he is Rector of the South East European University, Republic of North Macedonia. From 2023 he is a President of the Interuniversity Conference in the Republic of North Macedonia. Léo-Paul Dana is a graduate of McGill University and HEC-Montreal. He began lecturing at Concordia University in 1984, taught at McGill from 1992 to 1997 and subsequently at INSEAD. Formerly tenured at the University of Canterbury, he became full professor of entrepreneurship at Montpellier Business School. He is now Visiting Professor at LUT School of Business and Management, Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland and Professor at Ecole de commerce Paris - ICD Business School. He has an extensive research background studying entrepreneurship in different cultures and has produced 65 books and 365 articles appearing in a variety of journals including:  Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics and Technological Forecasting & Social Change.   Hyrije Abazi-Alili is a professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, North Macedonia. She holds a PhD in Economics from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. She teaches undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in economics and econometrics. She has published in Journal of Business Research, International, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others. She was Affiliate Fellow at CERGE-EI, Prague for the period 2014-2020. Her research interests include economics of innovation, ICT, entrepreneurship, labour market, gender, social issues, etc., with advanced application of econometric models. She authored dozens of research articles in highly ranked journals, several international conferences and book chapters (international publisher). She was also engaged as a senior expert in several international projects: EU Projects, IPA, UNDP, RRPP, etc. Veland Ramadani is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Faculty of Business and Economics, South-East European University, North Macedonia. His research interests include entrepreneurship, small business management, and family businesses. He authored or co-authored around 200 research articles and book chapters, 12 textbooks, and 25 edited books. He has published in Journal of Business Research, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others. Dr. Ramadani has recently published the co-authored book Entrepreneurial Family Business (Springer). Dr. Ramadani is co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Enterprising Communities (JEC). He has received the Award for Excellence 2016 - Outstanding Paper by Emerald Group Publishing. In addition, Dr. Ramadani was invited as a keynote speaker in several international conferences and as a guest lecturer by President University, Indonesia, and Telkom University, Indonesia. During the 2017- 2021, he served as a member of Supervisory Board of Development Bank of North Macedonia, where for 10 months acted as Chief Operating Officer (COO), as well. In 2022, three times in a row, based on the Stanford University's study, he was ranked among the Top 2% of the most influential scientists in the world. Andrea Caputo is Associate Professor in Management at the University of Trento, Italy, and at the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom, where in 2018 he co-founded with other academics the UNESCO Chair in Responsible Foresight for Sustainable Development. He received his PhD from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. His main research interests include entrepreneurial decision-making, negotiation, digitalization and sustainability, internationalization and strategic management of SMEs. He is the editor of the book series "Entrepreneurial Behaviour" (Emerald), and Associate Editor of the Journal of Management & Organization, Management Decision and BRQ Business Research Quarterly. His award-winning research was published in over 100 contributions, including articles in highly ranked journals, e.g. HRM Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Small Business Economics, International Small Business Journal, International Journal of Conflict Management, Studies in Higher Education, Business Strategy & the Environment and IEEE TEM among the others. In 2021 and 2022, he was ranked among World's Top 2% Scientists List of outstanding researchers prepared by Elsevier BV, Stanford University, USA.
