Shahrukh Rafi Khan is a Research Associate at Mount Holyoke College, USA. He formerly served as executive director of the Sustainable Development Policy Institute, Islamabad. He has published extensively in refereed journals and authored and edited numerous books. His most recent books are Development Economics: A Critical Introduction (2019) and A Microcredit Alternative in South Asia (with Natasha Ansari, 2018), also published by Routledge and Spontaneous and Induced Collective Action in Pakistani Rural Development (with Shaheen Rafi Khan, 2021).
