Dr. Kaushik Banerjee holds dual PhDs in Management and Law, adding to his qualifications in MBA and LL.M. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge from academia, corporate training, and research. Currently, he is the Head of the Law Department at Brainware University, guiding five PhD students. His corporate training experience includes sessions on HR responsibilities, West Bengal land and labor laws, and behavioral etiquette for government engineers. Dr. Banerjee's research focuses on labor welfare statutes in Indian organizations and the evolving role of trade unions in organizational change. He has 18 journal publications (UGC and Scopus indexed) and two edited book contributions, showcasing his expertise in socio-legal issues and organizational development.
