Jeffrey Abugel is a freelance writer and owner of the Hiram Haines Coffee Shop in Petersburg, Virginia. A published author, his work on Edgar Allan Poe has appeared in Richmond Magazine and The Edgar Allan Poe Review. He began his writing career with a degree in journalism from NYU and has worked as a writer and editor for a host of publications.
