Today's the country suffers from a gap in various food commodities, including edible oils. Despite the fact that Sudan now is the second country in Africa in attracting and receiving foreign investments, the infrastructure remains relatively modest in ways that affect the ability of people through the country to receive the goods and services they need. The purpose of this study is: (1) To provide comprehensive literature review about the current situation in Sudan and its reflection on the production of edible oils. (2) To identify current Sudanese import andexport quantities of edible oil. (3) To set up recommendations for the ministry of industry, chamber of oils and soap and all investors based on the foregoing points.

He received his Doctoral Degree in 2006. His Masters in Computer Application from Madhurai Kamaraj University. He also completed MBA in Systems & Human Resource Management.
