The effective integration science and education with economy and production serves as a basis for country's innovative and social development. The education cluster that was imposed at the Chirchik State Pedagogical Institute in Tashkent region presented a new approach to science and education. Today it is being paid a special attention to the training of teachers who can be worth for the requirements of employers and also labour market, to the issues of developing the mechanisms of creating and implementing national and cultural models.
