The educational system's objectives can be met if teaching and research take place in a calm and secure environment. It is regrettable that kidnappings, banditry, and other issues make education and the environment unsafe in Nigeria's North-East political region and other parts of the States in Nigeria. In order to prevent disruptions in the academic programs, this study analyzes the stability of the academic calendar in a time of crisis in Nigeria as well as the effects of online learning, and online examination. The paper makes some recommendations that Nigeria's numerous educational institutions, including WAEC, GCE, and other internal assessment bodies, embrace online learning and examination practices.
