Autorenporträt
Kay Gallagher is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean in the College of Education at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi. Kay has been working in Higher Education in the United Arab Emirates since the mid-1990s, and was formerly Chair of the Education Department at Abu Dhabi Women's College, and later, Head of Education Studies at Emirates College for Advanced Education, Abu Dhabi Teachers' College. Accordingly, she has extensive insider experience and expert knowledge of the education system in the Emirates. Kay's research interests include teacher education, teaching and learning, language-in-education and translanguaging.
