The research responds to a current problem of the Second Cycle Secondary School "Sto. Agostinho" of Huambo, Angola: the methodological preparation of teachers for values education from the school-family-community link. It is presented a strategy based on a model that contributes to the methodological preparation in the harmonic procedure between families and other community agencies for the education in the socio-community altruism value. Theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were applied to facilitate the collection of information, the design of the construct and its implementation in practice in a satisfactory manner. By means of the experts' criterion, the result of the research was evaluated as feasible, which was introduced in a partial way, through a pedagogical pre-experiment, where the potentialities it has to solve the scientific problem of the research were validated.

Tomás Kacuarta Manuel, Docteur en Sciences Pédagogiques en 2014, par l'Université Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz - Camagüey, Cuba. Auteur de plusieurs articles scientifiques publiés. Il a enseigné différentes disciplines à l'Instituto Superior Politécnico Católico de Benguela. Il enseigne actuellement au Liceu Comandante Vilinga, à Huambo.
