The educational system conditions students with pass-fail grading to maximize the probability of winning at all cost. Winning is defeating oppo-nents in competition. Therefore, conventional thinking is conflict oriented, which fosters aggression, control, effort, and force. The conditioned compulsion to win inhibits the truth and, therefore, corrupts that way of thinking. The educational failure is individually maintained by cognitive dissonance and collectively by groupthink. As a result, the educational system produces incompetent leaders and rebellious followers. Nemonik thinking is the solution, because it aims for success, rather than winning. Success is to obtain what you seek and to escape what you suffer. Therefore, nemonik thinking is goal oriented, which fosters freedom, alignment, compassion, allies, and win-win strategies. You might be the best thinker in the world, but only nemonik thinking could make you the smartest thinker you can be.
