Alfredo Leandro Ocón è laureato in Scienze Politiche e ha conseguito un Master in Strategia e Geopolitica. È dottorando presso l'Università Torcuato Di Tella. È ricercatore e docente presso la Escuela Superior de Guerra, il Colegio Militar de la Nación e la Facultad de la Defensa. È specializzato in questioni legate all'economia politica e allo sviluppo.
