The general economic and social upheavals that occurred in our country from 2010 until today brought about changes in the way of operation of public school and public education. We are going through a transitional period, redefining education in a new order of things. The effort of our country to comply with the European Strategy for Education puts it in a race through constant changes in legislation, in organization and administration of education in order to reach the goals set. Therefore, a series of events chain, whose the final recipient is the daily function of the school unit, is observed.
