Autorenporträt
Mr Oloya holds a Diploma in Philosophy, Bachelor Degrees in Theology and Education, and a Master in International Education Management from University of Leeds, England. Since 2005 he has been involved in Southern Sudan education system as Education Program Officer, Education Technical Advisor and Consultant with Ministry of Education.
