In a democratic society, national and international educational reform requires teachers, parents, learners, students and all those interested in education as discussion partners. It is part of our self-image to include all areas of educational institutions, aspects of digitalization and a sociology of education in the considerations of a contemporary "knowledge society" to be strived for. A study on educational reform sees itself as a contribution to the discussion with as many aspects as possible at the beginning of the 21st century.
