Currently, in many parts of the planet, emphasis has only been placed on the person infected by COVID-19, without taking into account the conditions of the context in which these people develop their lives as social beings. The 21st century has been characterized since its inception by a health problem that has affected the world and Cuba has not been able to escape this situation, which ranges from an increase in microbial resistance, an increase in oncological diseases to the appearance of new diseases emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases, such as the appearance of COVID-19 at the end of last year.
