It also gives insight into the various linguistic and educational therapies given to autistic children. These therapies immensely contribute to the children being able to take formal instructions, communicate with other children and later engage in activities that would enable them earn a living.

Lillian Omoke is a seasoned researcher who has had a keen interest on language disorders and their therapies. This book explores problems encountered by autistic children and the various therapies given to mainstream them in communication. She is currently studying for her Doctorate degree in Communication Studies in Jomo Kenyatta University.
