Educational Assesment Resource Centres provide assessment services that are critical in enhancing access and retention in primary education under inclusive education setting. The study examines factors, policies, type of services and appropriate tools and equipment that seems to influence access and retention in primary education under inclusive setting in Bungoma West District. The study also recommends to other key players, holistic and participatory approaches in designing integration and mainstreaming procedures for SNE pupils in primary education under inclusive education system and functional strategies that will increase the implementation of all relevant policies or operationalise in order to support inclusive education for SNE in primary education system.
