The aim of this research is to investigate whether and to what extent the introduction of each educational change is linked to the job satisfaction of teachers, the impact and contribution of educational changes on their work behavior and professionalism, and whether they are influenced by variables such as gender, age, additional education and seniority. The research questions were investigated by the quantitative method. According to the results of the survey, the participating teachers stated that the majority of the changes helped them to be satisfied. here is a sense of satisfaction with educational changes, but their introduction to school is associated with moderate job satisfaction. Further analysis of the issue could include quality research and a larger sample.
