The purpose of this work is to expose a didactic approach in teacher training defined as: "Educational Engineering", more than a didactic strategy for the construction of educational competencies, it shows a permanent didactic action in education professionals, with which it is intended to obtain better results in the teaching process and the approach of contents for the achievement of the specific objectives of education, the expected learning.
