Después de estudiar filosofía, Marie Reverdy obtuvo su doctorado en Literatura Comparada - Estudios Teatrales en 2008. Es profesora de dramaturgia en la Universidad Paul Valéry - Montpellier 3, en la Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Montpellier, así como en la FAI-AR, Escuela Nacional de Arte en el Espacio Público de Marsella.
