Dr. Ming Yang is a Professor at the College of Education of Zhejiang University, China. In 1998 and 2005, he worked as a visiting scholar at Kiel University, Germany. His main focus is on theories of education and educational systems. He is the author of the works Educational System in China published in 2009 (in English), and in 2012 (in Italian). Further works include Government and Market: Research on Financial Policy of Higher Education (2007), Exam-Oriented and Quality-Oriented: Secondary Education in China over the Past 60 Years (2009), and Analysis of Educational Development Theory and Implementation Strategy (2010). Hao Ni is Assistant Researcher at China Academy of West Region Development, Zhejiang University. He got his doctoral degree in international and comparative education from College of Education, Zhejiang University. He has served as an intern in UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education in Bangkok, Thailand and spend one year in University of Wisconsin-Madison as a visiting scholar. His work has been published in journals such as Higher Education , Asia Pacific Education Review , International and Comparative Education , China Higher Education Research . His main research interests cover entrepreneurship in universities and comparative higher education.
