The systems are structures that work with the articulation of different organs that synchronized harmoniously in their actions fulfill the functions for which they were intended; that in general terms; educational systems are no exception, these must take into account all the necessary elements involved in their dynamics to make an analysis, a constant evaluation of whether the objectives to be met by education in different social contexts, are consistent with the needs that these require and are met successfully. For the case of this work, reference will be made to the dynamics of inclusion in the educational processes of a small sample population in the municipality of Padilla -Cauca, Colombia and how these impact the vulnerable population, a little more focused on the educational field.
