Biotechnology is an extensive and complex area, crossed by multiple approaches or points of view. In particular, Molecular Biotechnology is a subject taken simultaneously by students of Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry and Pharmacy. It is a subject that seeks to familiarise students with the techniques and fundamentals of biotechnology, providing them with a vision of the processes of genetic engineering and molecular biology applied in biotechnology. One of the complexities encountered in the teaching of the subject is that students develop their reports and practical work in isolation, without exploiting the possibility of collaborating or developing the analysis of their productions jointly with their peers from other degree courses. The Educational Intervention project deals with the development of formal instances of interdisciplinary group work among students of the subject Molecular Biotechnology (National University of Misiones). The proposed group learning device focuses on the application in the curricular space of an interdisciplinary group work for the integration of knowledge in biotechnology that is accredited as a final integrative work.
