Jan-e-Alam Khaki has been Associate Professor at AKU-IED, Pakistan, leading to the leadership of the PhD programme. His first edited book Educational leadership in Pakistan: Ideals and realities (2010) was published by OUP. Gulab Khan is Assistant Professor at the Syed Ahsan Ali and Syed Maratib Ali School of Education (SoE), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. Mola Dad Shafa is Associate Professor at the AKU-IED, Pakistan also having the portfolio of Head of AKUs two Professional Development Centres in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, both underprivileged regions. Sadruddin B. Qutoshi is Assistant professor of the Department of Educational Development and Head of the Centre for Research and Training in ECD, Karakoram International University, Pakistan.
