This book presents a careful study of the Moroccan educational leadership and the highlighting of educational and pedagogical aspects in the priorities of the pedagogical manager, and the way of concretising his practices on the ground.pedagogical administration has undergone important changes in the framework of the evolution of the Moroccan educational system since the country's independence with sectoral policies of the state to institute the adequacy of education and training to the socio-economic and cultural requirements.
